Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if such loss in value results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;

  • for the supply of personalised products.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% for personalised products, provided the cancellation is accepted by us.
